Shipping Policy
At The Heated Pour Brand we pride ourselves on delivering fast and efficient service. We work to process orders daily but for the sake of our policy:
PROCESSING TIME:
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances our in stock products will ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may have extended processing times which we will communicate with you.
SHIPPING TIMES:
North America: 5-7 business days after 48-72 hour processing time. Actual delivery time will depend on USPS. Once the package is scanned by USPS we no longer have control on delivery time. The Heated Pour is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Heated Pour Brand is not responsible for delays due to customs.
