Candle Care

Get the most out of your pour.

A little care helps it burn beautifully, evenly, and safely from the first light to the last.

Before Every Burn

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting.
  • Remove any wick trimmings or debris from the wax.
  • Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Your First Burn Matters

For the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface before extinguishing. This helps prevent tunneling and gives you the best possible burn throughout the life of your candle.

Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

While Burning

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep away from children, pets, and anything flammable.
  • Keep your candle away from drafts, fans, and vents.
  • Never move a candle while the wax is melted or the vessel is hot.
  • Keep the wick centered as the candle burns.

Know When It’s Time

Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains. Never burn a candle all the way to the bottom of the vessel.

Between Burns

Once your candle has completely cooled, trim the wick back to ¼ inch and keep the candle covered or stored in a cool, dry place until its next pour.

A Little Care Goes a Long Way.

Trim. Light. Enjoy. Repeat.
